Thanks for your interest
It's been great (#1 Business book on Amazon yesterday) and I'm working to "fill the orders" as fast as I can. If I'm not sending you your chapter *now*, it is because a) I am blogging, b) I am sending someone else the chapter, or c) I am getting on a flight. I will get to it, it's also very good to hear from you all, and keep the orders coming.
If you're having trouble clicking through to other book outlets, the link for Barnes&Noble.com is here, the link for Borders.com is here.

Ordering mine tonight, before midnight, when my lycanthropy gets the better of me; also, coincidentally, the offer expires at that time.

Bravo! This was a clever scheme. Since I'm a fan of your work I'm glad it worked out. Also, now I feel less ashamed of my own self-promotion. Thank you for legitimizing it. (I'm serious. This is not tongue in cheek.)

I tried to buy a copy on my lunch break but wasn't able to find one (in the sort of neighborhood that should be full of people who read business and economics books, no less). And independent bookstores wonder why they are going out of business!

Sean P.: B&N and Borders both allow you to check store availability when you search titles on their sites (maybe others do too, but these are the ones I use); might be worth a try, to save some frustration at least...

I checked online to find that Borders and Barnes and Noble both claim that every store within 50 miles of Seattle is out of stock. Perhaps this promotion worked a little too well.
