This one (YouTube, but mercifully short) is hard to explain. Can we call it "a market in prices"? "An idiot shouting about a market in prices"? It reminds me of how they used to do ads in New Jersey when I was growing up.

Apparently, I'm not permitted to watch it. Seemingly, if I don't live in the U.S. or Europe, it's some sort of top secret stuff, I could potentially blow up the World with its contents. Do I have to sign a letter of promise that I'm not a communist?
