Artist Kelly Dobson made something called the ScreamBody, essentially a wearable version of the Shouting Vase. My favorite piece of hers is Blendie, a voice activated blender that blends according to the tone of your voice. Low growl = slow, high-pitched whine = fast.

I find it amusing that it's shaped into a "vase" even though keeping flowers in it would preclude using it.
