A quick check of the American Tort Reform Association website shows that several of the lawsuit “hellholes” are in heavily Hispanic areas (South Texas and Los Angeles). Could this be another adverse “externality” of mass immigration? Can we even admit that mass immigration has negative externalities? See http://www.atra.org/show/7654 for the list.

Schaeffer, did you conduct a statistical analysis of lawsuit hellholes vs. Hispanic population before you made your attack on them? Do you have a sufficient number of sampling points for your conclusion?

Matthew,

The two counties in Texas are near the border. They are strongly Democratic and mostly Hispanic. Of course, they supported Kerry in 2004 (Hispanics don't vote Republican). The third county was Los Angeles. Enough said.

Note that the rest of the "hellholes" are not particularly Hispanic (too the best of my knowledge).

Cubans vote Republican.

Hispanic Republicans are more liberal than white Democrats.
