Does anyone know where one could get this novel in Norwegian without paying a ton for shipping? I tried a few simple searches online and couldn't come up with anything. (I don't read Norwegian--I'm thinking of this as a gift for someone else--so Norwegian sites don't help me.)

I've been trying to get a copy, too, but with no luck. I have a friend in Norway, who I hope can get it and mail it to me. I tried ordering it from a Norwegian bookstore, but the book plus shipping would have cost $70 US!! So, for now, we are going to borrow it from the library!
