Is this a joke on people with disabilities? I think that this is a ridiculous invention. What would you need a tank chair for? Maybe so handicapped people could join the military or something? I doesn’t seem very economical to me and the reason for developing this is unclear.

Mitchell, It's a track-vehicle not a tank. If a person is wheelchair bound, it would be a real joy to romp through corn fields and the like with this baby.
