Congress didn't get rid of online gambling. Everything that was legal previoulsy is still legal.

What a proposterous falsehood!
Nothing of the sort occurred.
The law made it a crime for gambling businesses to accept certain money transfers from customers. Betting is EXACTLY as legal/illegal as it was before.
