Looking at Perry's initial posts, is he a professor or a graduate
of the EIB school of conservatism?

The speed of the Norway bottle seems suspicious.
-- a steady 18 mph. Can any oceanographers in
the audience give a back of an envelope estimate
if this is possible? Did some NZ vacationer
pick up the bottle along the North Sea, fly
home, and drop it in the Pacific?
