Will our universe be mangled?

Clearly, half of Robin's ideas are brilliant
and half of them are crazy. Perhaps there is
a parallel universe where 70% of his ideas
are brilliant.

wouldn't there actually be three choices... ring, not ring, and both? Therefore we hear the ring for 2 out of 3..hence roughly 70%
